Cancellation policy: We get it—life happens, if you need to change your appointment please give us 24 hours courtesy notice. To make sure every client gets a fair chance of booking an spa time, No show clients must pre-pay to book the next appointment.

Please note that appointment time is subject to change based on traffic and prior client’s behavior.

With the exception of pet grooming, all other services will be outsourced to trusted third-party providers.

We do our best to send our clients the requested groomer based on groomers availability.
