Absolutely wonderful experience with Ali and MJs mobile grooming. We had previously taken our Australian Labradoodle to a corporate grooming facility which kept her for 5+ hours, likely most of the time in a crate. Unhappy with that experience, I contacted MJ for an appointment with their mobile grooming. MJ got back to me in 24 hours with an appointment a few weeks out. They had excellent communication about the appointment window and their arrival the day of grooming. Ali did a wonderful job - doodles are unique with their grooming needs but he shaved her down per our request while keeping her unique traits - tail, trimmed her face to show her beautiful eyelashes, and kept her fluffy face. She is definitely not the easiest to handle but I think Ali is very talented and she looks beautiful. Thank you for taking such good care of our dog. I will definitely use them in the future and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who had previously had bad experiences with corporate grooming facilities.
